Our Exceptional Care and service would not be what it's known to be without our amazing Care Partner Team! Our Care Partners each boast an extensive history of Pet experience. You can be sure we match your beloved pets with trusted, knowledgable and loving individuals.
All Care Partners have undergone three rounds of interviews, completed criminal background check and received team training. All Care Partners are insured through Rachael's Rovers.
Our Top Dog Care Partners are individuals who have been with the team for 1+ years, have extensive pet care experience, are exceptionally well versed in Rachael Rover policy & procedure and hold the responsibility of overseeing other care providers meet and greets and training,
Emily - Top Dog
Emily has a BA in Psychology and is currently a student at the University of Saskatchewan pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Their dream is to one day combine their passions for psychology, providing care, and pets to help people! Cats were their first love- although with the addition of an amazing family bulldog, dogs quickly found a place in their heart too. Emily believes there is never better time spent than with a pet, and they can’t wait to spend time with yours!
Kelsey: 1+ yr Care Partner Experience
Kelsey is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Saskatchewan and holds the values of accountability, honesty, and patience close to her heart. Kelsey was raised in rural Saskatchewan with many cats and dogs, where she learned the importance of empathy, communication, and building rapport. She believes that each animal is unique and requires care specific to their needs, and she is looking forward to sharing her passion for care with you and your pets!
Olivia
Olivia has always been an animal lover ever since she can remember. A fur mom to her cat Queenie and three horses, she knows just how important taking care of animals really is. Olivia loves taking care of animals because it gives her a sense of purpose and fulfilment. She loves their energy, unique personalities and companionship. Olivia knows how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone else and that nobody knows them quite like you do. That’s why she strives to give the best care possible and to love your fur babies, like she would her own. She looks forward to meeting you and your animals and giving them the care they need!
Kayla
Kayla attended the U of S and received her Bachelor's degree in Animal Bioscience in 2019. She had dogs throughout her childhood and is currently a fur Mom to four rescue cats and an elderly, loveable cocker spaniel. Kayla has a great deal of experience pet sitting for friends and family which exposed her to a variety of different animals ranging from hyper puppies and anxious older cats to llamas, chickens and goats. Kayla strives to provide you with the same quality of animal care that she would expect for her own fur family.
Mikaela
Mikaela is a psychology student at the University of Saskatchewan. Raised with a love of animals, she loves hanging out with dogs and cats. When not cuddling with a fur baby, she can be found painting or spending time with friends. Mikaela is excited to meet your pet and make sure that both you and your pet feel comfortable and trust that she will take good care of the animals.
Veanna
While born and raised in Regina, SK, Veanna is currently attending the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. Veanna does not have pets of my own (yet), but has have been blessed to spend the last thirteen years with her family dog, Willis. Willis continues to show Veanna the unconditional love that a pet gives. Veanne believes each pet is unique and requires different needs, but all pets need and deserve that establishment of trust. Veanna is so excited to start establishing this trust with every pet she gets the opportunity to meet and care for!
Avery - Top Dog
Avery is a third year chemistry student at the University of Saskatchewan. Her goal is to become a PhD chemist. Being in academia has taught Avery the core values of responsibility, accountability and communication. Avery grew up surrounded with cats and dogs, then later in life found passion for other animals such as reptiles, rodents and farm animals! Avery believes each animal has their own personality and needs and she looks forward to catering to each pet. Avery strives to make each animal she cares for feel comfortable, safe and happy!
Brooke - 100+ Services
Brooke obtained her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the U of S. Growing up in a small city, Brooke has been around animals her entire life. Moving into adulthood, Brooke became a fur-mom when she adopted two rescue cats. Years later and those cats are big brothers to a sassy Golden Retriever sister! As an anxious fur-parent herself, Brooke understands the stresses that come from being away from our pets. Brooke strives to provide a compassionate and safe environment, while holding true your pet's everyday routines. She looks forward to providing comfort for you and your pets during your time apart!
Rayna - 100+ Services
Hi, I'm Rayna! I'm starting my second year of my Masters of Archaeology at USask. I grew up in the Northeast on a farm where we have alway had cats and dogs. In my area of work I see a lot of stray dogs, and I always make sure to give them plenty of love (and treats). My soul dog was a 14 year old chocolate lab that loved hot dogs and purple tug ropes. I hope to be able to share my love for her with every animal I meet.
Mallory
Mallory is a current student at the University of Saskatchewan completing her degree in Biomedical Sciences. She is from Calgary, Alberta and has grown up around pets like dogs, guinea pigs, and other rodents which has fostered a love within her for all animals! Having grown up alongside her family dog for most of her life, she can understand how pets are such an important part of the family. Mallory is interested in delivering the best care possible to ensure that you can trust that your pets are happy, healthy, and loved! She looks forward to the opportunity to share her passion for animal care with you and your pets!
Jaime: 1+yr Care Partner Experience
Jaime is a mom to four fur babies , two daughters and a nana to one little boy . She grew up on a farm with all the animals - cows , horses , dogs , cats , rabbits, pigs and chickens ! Fun fact - she used to collect garder snakes ! She has had a love of animals her whole life! Being a mom to four pets , she understands how important it is to have top notch, dependable care when you are away ! She is very excited to meet you and your furry loved ones.
Jenna
Jenna is a recent graduate from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelor of commerce. Jenna has grown up in Saskatchewan surrounded by a clowder of cats, where she first found her love for animals. She is excited to meet each one of your pets, get to know them, and help you care for them!
Victoria
Victoria is a fourth-year engineering student at the University of Saskatchewan. She grew up outside of Saskatoon and had cats and dogs during her childhood. Victoria has lots of experience pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbours. Victoria looks forward to meeting all your fantastic pets!
Felicia: 1+yr Care Partner experience
Felicia is a 1st year student at Axiom Career College studying to be a Registered Medical Massage Therapist. She loves to give back and help people wherever she can. Felicia was raised in the small town of Kinistino SK and always had pets growing up; Through this experience she feels she learned the importance of respect and responsibility when it comes to taking care of animals. Felicia looks forward to meeting you and your amazing pets!!
Sam - Top Dog
Sam is a third year veterinary student at the WCVM and has a deep passion and respect for animals. She prides herself with the ability to establish a deep connection with animals; helping them feel loved and comfortable while in her Care. Sam’s appreciation for how each pet is unique with their own personality and needs makes her a wonderful helping hand on the Rachael’s Rovers team! Her goal is to ensure your furry friends are happy, healthy, and content while you are temporarily apart!
